Bang & Olufsen aren’t just top of the game in the audiovisual equipment world, they’ve also got a pretty good idea about what makes a first-class superyacht. They’ve teamed up with another world class Danish brand, Skagen’s Danish Yachts to launch this new 121-foot AeroCruiser 38, also known as Shooting Star. The yacht won two awards at the 2011 World Yacht Trophy in Cannes and then made its US debut at the 2011 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show last month.

The beautiful yacht is done out in a luxurious Scandinavian style dominated by large windows and features an extravagant range of Bang & Olufsen’s custom-made audio and video products that are every technophile’s dream. This includes the BeoVision 10 slim LCD TV, BeoVision 7 cutting-edge LCD TV with digital surround sound, a state-of-the-art BeoVision 4 plasma TV, a BeoCenter 2 distinct-oval shaped CD and DVD player in brushed aluminium, and BeoLab 3 loudspeakers with patented acoustic lens technology.

The high performance boat also features a carbon fiber hull and a pair of powerful 4,750 hp diesel MTU engines that reach top speeds of over 45 knots.
