Full Terms and Conditions:

1. The competition closes 30^th October 2011.
2. There is one voucher for two people. 1 winner will be randomly picked and contacted within 7 days from the end of promotion.
3. All prizes are subject to availability.
4. The prizes are non-transferable.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
6. Neither The Marine Guide nor any other partly associated with the promotions assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
7. Neither The Marine Guide nor any other person or party associated with the promotions shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered but liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, is not excluded.
8. The Marine Guide collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion.
9. No prizes can be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
10. All prize winners must ensure they hold valid travel insurance to cover them (and everyone in their party) for the entire duration of the prize trip, and this must be both fully comprehensive and organised pre-departure.
11. All winners must hold a valid in-date passport.
12. Once the prize is claimed / booked, changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.
13. The Marine Guide reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel this competition at any time.
14. Open to adults aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Marine Guide or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
15. When you enter the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, we will/may publish your surname and county.
16. You must provide your full name and email, and become a member of The Marine Guide. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion. By agreeing to these terms, you accept that the promoters of this campaign may contact you in the future for various promotional reasons.
17. Only one entry is permitted per person, per promotion. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
18. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and won’t be returned. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing time. The voucher is valid for three months and bookings can be made in advance during this time.
19. We reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control.
20. We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of a prize.
21. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by The Marine Guide relating to any post-winning publicity.
